The Good, The Bad & The Queen
have become the first EMI group to release tracks on the
internet without
Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology.
To celebrate the event, the
band performed two songs at the
EMI press conference held in
London today. Eric Nicoli, CEO of the EMI Group thanked Damon
after the performance:
"Those of you who have
followed Damon's impressive career will know he's shown
unrivalled ability to evolve and explore new grounds to
reinvent and to push boundaries."
In other news, GBQ have just
announced they will appear at this year's Glastonbury Festival
and are already gathering ideas for their second album.
