Damon Albarn gets dumped on
Make
Trade Fair are giving you the chance to
own a signed photo of Damon Albarn
getting dumped on.
The Blur singer and
Gorillaz mainman joined a host
of stars who had a variety of farm produce poured
over them for the Oxfam
campaign, highlighting the unfairness of
agricultural trade.
Radiohead's Thom
Yorke and Snow Patrol's
Gary Lightbody also starred in
the campaign alongside Jamelia
and actor Colin Firth in the
series of photos showing celebrities being
covered in everything from rice, sugar to cotton.
The World Trade Organisation (WTO)
gathered in Hong Kong this week to discuss
international trade rules that will affect the
world's poorest countries for years to come.
Millions of farmers from across the
world have signed the Big Noise Petition
to protest against these unfair trade laws. This
petition has been presented at the WTO
in Hong Kong.
To highlight the event, Make
Trade Fair are offering you the chance
to get your hands on signed copies of the Damon
Albarn, Thom Yorke and Gary
Lightbody pictures.
