Blur to release 'punk' record?
Damon has revealed Blur might
release a "4-track punk record".
According to the website www.blur.hk, he told in a fresh
interview that there is new material considered
for Blur. He also said that he has got no
interest in playing live as Blur since Graham is
not in the band.
Damon and co. were recording a new
Gorillaz track in Hong Kong yesterday when the
interview took place. The track, simply entitled
"Hong Kong", will appear on the new
Warchild compilation album, Help: A Day In The
Life, released September 26. The track is already
available for download at www.warchildmusic.com.
Speaking about the new Gorillaz
releases, Damon revealed there might be a remix
album of Demon Days on the way. It has been also
confirmed that the third single from Demon Days
will be "Dirty Harry".
