'Beat' bonuses!

BLUR have confirmed details of the bonus tracks which will appear on new single 'CRAZY BEAT'.

As previously reported on NME.COM, the second single to be taken from the Number One album 'Think Tank' is released by Parlophone on July 7 on 7", CD and DVD.

The 7" will be backed by new track, 'The Outsider'. The CD will feature another new track, 'Don’t Be', plus an enhanced section with an exclusive alternative video for 'Crazy Beat' made by John Hardwick, who directed the acclaimed promo for the band's last single 'Out Of Time'.

The DVD single will include both ‘Don’t Be’ and ‘The Outsider’, plus the official 'Crazy Beat' video from animation and design collective Shynola. Also exclusive to the DVD is the Crazy Beat animatic, an animated version of the video storyboard prepared by Shynola for the band.

Blur headline the Carling Weekend at Reading (August 23) and Leeds (24).
