On Their Way To The
States
Blur are to kick off a brief
tour of North America later this month, dotmusic
can confirm.
The band, who recently marked a
triumphant return to the live scene with five
nights at London's Astoria theatre, begin their
trek in Washington DC on May 24.
The eleven-date tour, which includes
a slot at the Field Day Festival, will see the
band showcasing material from their acclaimed
seventh album, 'Think Tank'.
It will be the first time Blur have
toured North America in more than four years.

Meanwhile, don't forget that Blur
are set to broadcast one of their recent
London Astoria shows via their official website
later today (May 16).
From 1pm (GMT), fans will be able to
watch footage of Monday's show, by simply logging
on to the members area at www.blur.co.uk.
