Damon won't write score to "The Beach"

Damon Albarn is rumoured to have turned down the chance to appear on the soundtrack to Leonardo Dicaprio's new movie "The Beach", because he feared his songs would be misused. Damon has been quoted as saying: "They asked me to do a score for it, but then I realised that they basically wanted to get a load of songs in and have another film that has no identity".
