Isn't it a bit weird that they haven't announced a proper DVD (FFS do release it on Bluray, it's 2015 already!) yet? Maybe they're waiting until April to release a deluxe edition of the album including New World Towers and hopefully a live CD.

Could be, but surely the biggest market for this sort of thing is Christmas gifts?!

I seem to remember the NDLTR was released in January. Sadly I don't see it being released this side of Crimbo.

Yeah, I believe you're right about NDLTR. I'm almost certain they'll release it to DVD for the thousands of us who didn't get to catch it in theatres (and because it's easy money, obviously)

You're right. It was released in UK cinemas on 19 January 2010, and released on DVD on 15 February 2010.

Guys, no movie ever has come out in cinemas and then a few days later gets a confirmed DVD release date. Of course it's going to be released on DVD, just gotta be patient.

Yes, and now that they confirmed Australian showings for January, it would make even less sense for it to come out this month. I'd say it'll be around February or so!

This'd be pretty cool though, I didn't really expect this to go anywhere but the UK – it has less to say than the last doco (or 'doc' as everyone trendy seems to be saying now), but this would be a nice little surprise. I can't wait to relive Hyde Park... one of the better nights of my time existing.

Ah fantastic, pretty cool. Abbotsford Convent is a nice place in the breezy summer, should be a good evening.

It seems like they're doing a Saturday and the following Thursday as screenings too, which should be ample opportunity (I say that now).
