The gig looked so wonderful judging from the stuff on youtube and the plethora of pictures! It's great that they're opening the encore with Stereotypes, definitely a treat to see live! Munch, you're gonna love the Perth show tomorrow!!

OK, sorry it took me a little while... But here are some pics from Melbourne last night... These are from the first 3 songs as I had a photo pass.

Then just a few snaps from my seat during Trimm Trabb when Damon decided to go for a bit of a walk... only on crappy point and shoot camera...

It was great. Of course my preferred setlist would not get a look in but overall great gig and they seemed to enjoy it. Sounded great from where I was. Love closing my eyes at these gigs and just listening to these wonderful songs being played live.

looks like a pretty good gig. spot on setlist, great energy, lots of smiles and a lovely group bow at the end. they haven't done that for a while, if ever...

it seems they really enjoyed Melbourne

My short-ish review of the show:
AMAZING! But that's not all, it wasn't perfect. Like the lights for example, they were very bright, annoying and in my eyes. Also there were no screens on the side so
I could barely see the band. But now onto the good, the show was very energetic and the disco balls on "Thought I Was A Spaceman" were great. Here is a picture https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CLHWnBVUYAACBrM.jpg:large" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (taken on a Samsung Galaxy S3 with almost full, if not full zoom, I can't remember)

If the Melbourne gig was anything to go by, the good peeps of Perth are in for one helluva show...

...plenty of water-anointing & hi-fives from Damon to us lucky duckies up front; signature split jumps, backward roll & face-pulling from Graham; sterling stick work from the irrepressible Dave & even Alex 'dacked up' for the occasion, ditching the dodgy shorts of fashion crimes past...

Ridiculously grateful that the boys came to play upside down "on this [not so] little island"...just don't leave it so long between drinks next time, lads! ;)

So I finally got around to scribbling a review to go with the photos.

If anyone is up for a bit of gushing self indulgence...
