I did write a scene-by-scene synopsis in my 2nd book, which is why I don't understand why so many folks on here are always asking what's on it...there's nothing to stop folks from transcribing it and sharing it on here.
This might be a good idea to satisfy our burning curiosities. At least we'll know what we're missing. I didn't know this was in the book.
It's a chapter near the end of my 2nd book. A complete scene-by-scene description of the film, followed by my thoughts on it. I don't mind one bit if someone scans it in and shares it here...hell, I might do it myself just so everyone can read it by this point.
That would be great! :P :P

Not that long ago no one on the old forum really knew if that whole 'TGE era documentary' was even real, something unfinished or just a rumour.
A few years later, many people people on this forum have seen it. Things could move faster that's for sure, but i'm pretty confident that in 5-10 years B-Roads will see the light of the day.

I find it weird that 95 was their media peak, playing Mile end, Wembley, many big festivals...and that there are not so much video remaining from that era.

Also,
people, and more specifically those who have seen B-Roads, always say that in 95-96 Blur as a band was about to explode, the members being massive dickheads and starting to hate each other... but still, they recorded some of the most brilliant and sophisticated tracks they ever made like The Universal, He thought of Cars and The Man who left himself.
I am very very curious and i would love to see B-Roads. And the mile end gig too.

So was Mile End filmed? I've heard the audio. Wasn't sure if it was filmed though

you can find a few clips of it here and there (like in the documentary 'Live Forever')
Dave recently said that it was the tightest show they ever played and that it felt absolutely amazing to be onstage at this show

I'd have loved to see Cardiacs play that night as well. Unsurprisingly, the fans tore them apart

Getting the Mile End video released would be a start. I would love to see that.

i'd like to see it if there is a lot of drunken blur moments. though they probably don't agree, I think they are entertaining when they are on drugs and alcohol.

I don't know about Mile End though. From some clips it looked very over the top pop band type of gig. It can't possibly be as good as the shows in 1997-1999.
TGE was a great album, but the way they presented themselves in the media during that time and live shows is kind of embarrassing.

I'd love more Sugary Tea Tour proshot videos though

They also tore up 'Wir' when they supported Blur early on. Bloody Blur fans.
