I doubt he remembers any of that. Or maybe he does... :?
I dont know.. there are some parts of Blur's history that I'd really like to get answers from Damon on, since he's usually the leader and what not. Seems like Dave and Alex kind of just go along with things, so Damon's answers could teach us more about what really happened (I assume! Who knows :P )
Of course, mate. But Damon's had so much on his plate since 2003 that I really don't think he remembers what happened with the "punk" EP or the canceled gig. Especially given his personality. But I could be wrong.

Maybe there's a way of getting it out of him.

(A joke, obviously).

Ha!

Damon is a pretty private individual. I doubt you'd get very straightforward answers as he oftens responds to questions in quite oblique ways. Don't think it would work.

I can never tell if Damon is intentionally being oblique/secretive or honestly doesn't know himself in interviews.

It's hard to tell for sure. Sometimes I bet he does just forget. Dave forgot on that Irish interview the other day whether s/t or 13 came before TT for example! They move on, don't dwell on the details like fans do. But I reckon Damon is someone who thinks very deeply about things and tends to see everything as shades of grey, not black and white, so answers questions accordingly - which means often in a quite round about fashion.

It was him, not Alex right, who had an Ellie Goulding list on Blur's favourite albums thing right?
