Gotta hash it out with my wife. She knows NYC really well, I don't, so if she wants to come with me (she HATES Blur but would probably welcome the trip to NYC) then I'll go.

She hates Blur?? What the hell! surely an NYC trip would be tantalizing.

Also, should we have a separate thread for the American gigs yet? Or just leave it here. May be too early, I just wanna see who all is going!

An update for me: my uncle ended up getting two tickets in section 102, and 2 tickets for the west general admission floor seats (the area directly in front of the stage.) Looks like I'll be right in front of Blur! Now we'll have to find some more people to go. If he decides to sell the regular seats, I'll let people here know! Not sure how likely it'll be however.

Making me optimistic that we may get a winter UK arena tour here.

It would make sense that after the North and South American tours, they'd come back and tour the UK again. Do you guys think the Royal Albert Hall would be cool for Blur to do like Damon did last year? :)

It's official, US dates appeared on their website.

It's getting really exciting, hope they'll keep them new dates coming...

I think she'd go just to spend time with me (I hope!) and go to NYC again. Also one of my oldest friends and his wife are going and we'd meet up with them (I saw Damon with them last summer). Like I said, if we can solve the babysitter issue then we're good ...that's the only drawback to having 4 kids! 8-)

Having to wait till Saturday for the general sale is brutal, but the only AmEx card I have is my corporate card and I'm sure my company wouldn't be too keen on me using it to buy concert tix

there might be a blur presale between now and then? usually there's some kinda corporate presale first and then a 'fan club' one a couple of days later
it's me, d4p

they would compare her to lilies, and she had to go to parties, and london was so dreary

Pleased for you guys over the pond!

Madison Square Gardens would be a nice place to bow out, too.
