The only way blur reunion number 3 with zero new songs would be justifiable would be if they played in my backyard

oh dear.....

http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/com ... 14871.html

She didn’t listen to the album before accusing them of cultural appropriation, but simply on the fact they’d recorded in Hong Kong and has now based an article on a flippant comment from Alex, ignoring Graham’s comments in the same interview and has seemingly still not heard the album…..

Where on the album do they ‘depict what it means to be Asian’ lazily or otherwise?

I didn't agree with her original article, but I'm not sure that was Alex's smartest comment either. If you could have come up with one sentence to wind her up, that would have been it

You can not blame people for reacting to this

It was obviously a sarcastic comment from Alex which people and this woman have taken far too seriously. Pointless article making a mountain out of a molehill. Get over it.

She's talking fucking bollocks.

"This is an issue aggravated by groups like Blur when they lazily depict what it means to be Asian"

Er, Blur are not depicting - lazily or otherwise - what it means to be Asian. It would help if she listened to the record.

The article is something I'd expect from this left leaning newspaper. Pathetic on all levels. The Indescribablyboring.
