Love the way they've done that rather than just having the night off!

Blur archive project posted a clip of Country Sad to their Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/reel/CtQx-fRR ... BiNWFlZA==

Graham is so good!! Seems like he’s having a lot of fun here. And Damon sounds good too, even though it has to be challenging for him these days. He can still hit the high notes when he tries ;)

he did a poll on Twitter, sadly All Your Life ended up on last place, but they ended up playing both Sing and Country Sad Ballad 'Boy" anyway https://twitter.com/alexjameshq/status/ ... 8240093191

Wasn't All Your Life a standard song during Damon's Everday Robots sets? I'm still surprised they haven't touched it at all. I've always loved that song.

All Your Life is possibly my favourite b-side and remember getting the Beetlebum single and having this gem blast out afterwards, should most definitely have been on the album and a third or fourth single.

Damon seems to be enjoying himself a lot in these Blur shows.
Those of you who've been to Gorillaz' shows, do people in the audience actually sing along much?
I'm guessing nowhere like the extent to which people do at Blur concerts.
Although the Gorillaz songs are clearly impressively written and performed, I'm guessing they don't have anywhere near the same emotional impact.
Has anyone ever chosen a Gorillaz song for their first dance or to be played at their funeral?
I'm guessing not, but I expect plenty of Blur songs have been (first dances at least).
Damon's done so much Gorillaz stuff since the Magic Whip, that maybe he'd forgotten how good it feels to sing songs which mean much more to people.
Harsh but fair?

I saw Blur at Glastonbury 2009 and they were fantastic. The crowd was excellent. I saw Gorillaz headline the next year and they were so boring that people were leaving the arena in droves throughout the set.

It’s hard to say when trying to make the comparison between the emotion seeing Blur or Gorillaz live. Seen them both countless times, but for me my emotional attachment with Blur is as a four piece, but with Gorillaz it’s purely for Damon. Only seen both acts being played in the UK but certainly see so much emotion at Blur and the songs being sung back at the band, but I realise worldwide Gorillaz are much bigger so that is just my own experience.
