This looks dope, I have to say! That's a great way to honor him.. Blackstar has such an elegant and stylish design through and through, as well as most of his records, obviously!

Oh man, I'm looking forward to this. Saw the news a couple of days ago, I won't go with preorder, just try to get them some other way.
However, I really dig this new "Who Can I Be Now?" box-set with albums from Diamond Dogs to "Station to Station" plus two live albums and Young Americans' outtakes entitled the Gouster. It's quite expensive though :sigh:

I got the previous one, but I think I'll skip this... it can be debated that any person needs one version of Stage, let alone 2. The Re:Call disc isn't very interesting, and those who've heard the remixed Station To Station maintain it's wildly inferior. That leaves 3 remastered albums and "The Gouster". The remasters can be purchased separately a few months from now, probably at quite reasonable price. So: do I want to spend over 100 euro on The Gouster, which has 6 different versions of songs I have on previous "Young Americans" reissues? I just cannot justify it.

Having said that, the outtakes "Who Can I Be Now?" and "It's Gonna Be Me" are effin' spectacular (and the latter a top 5 Bowie song for me) and Bowie was crazy to leave them off "Young Americans".

Well, it would be nice to have the new vinyls - on CDs the collection is not that tempting :) Strangely enough, it is really hard to find a proper version of Station to Station here in Moscow - they are almost non-existent, which is weird, considering that almost any other album (well, Heathen is also not available) is quite easy to purchase. And I would also love to have Nassau Coliseum performance in the collection - it's ace, one of Bowie's best, as I think.

Oops, I meant "David Live".. "Stage" isn't in this set.
"Nassau" is cool, and I guess the vinyl box may be of interest.. the CD set is pretty mediocre.
