It's something to look forward to, at least.

I stopped liking Pink Floyd a while back, but I'll probably listen to this anyway.

Then I will spend the next week bitching about how it sounds exactly like Division Bell.

I'm in the same boat you're in....To me... it isn't Floyd without Roger (and now Richard Wright)! .... and never will be!

I loved their Live 8 performance BEYOND anything else! I practically cried while watching it live!

I know! And for the slightest...faintest moment....I had visions in my head of complete Floyd reunion tour including Roger and possibly a new album....Oh well!

Has anyone heard Louder than words?I don't think that is that bad, but it's kinda disappointing... I guess I was expecting more, even though I've never been the biggest fan of the post-Waters Pink Floyd.

Yeah, heard it yesterday. It sounds too much like High Hopes to appeal to me.

What's wrong with "High Hopes"? I think it's easily their best Waters-less song.

To be fair to the other guys, Roger Waters comes across as a total dick so I cannot blame them for carrying on without him.

I'm trying to round out my PF collection and that means getting all of the non-album singles & B-sides, assorted outtakes, and demos from the Syd era through the end of the Roger era. Does anyone here have a compilation or know where I could easily find them?

That's a nice looking box set, I particularly like the replica 7" singles. Nice touch! I'm guessing this is the first of a number of box sets which will cover their entire career.
